Copeland, a leading supplier of refrigeration equipment, needed a smarter way to help clients configure and select the right systems. IPU developed a technical sales support software tool for Copeland drawing on IPU expertise in thermodynamiccs, heatpumps, cooling and heating systems, and software development.

Supporting a New Product Line in a Demanding Market With a new product line entering the market, Copeland needed a reliable, user-friendly solution to support their clients and consultants in selecting the right equipment. It was a requirement to reduce reliance on manual calculations and internal specialist support while remaining technically rigorous and easy to use for external stakeholders.
